It seems that plenty of websites now tell you
not to pay up front to sell your
time share. In most instances this is good advice.
Companies charging upwards of $500 to advertise
a time share are trying to rip you off! See
Scams.
Where do you draw the line at up front fees?
Basically any "good" advertising company
has to charge something for their service in
order to stay in business. Technology costs
money, and to maintain it is also expensive.
There has to be a reasonable up front fee out
there somewhere?
Take for instance the classifieds in your local
newspaper. They are full of automobiles, boats,
campers and other items all worth thousands
of dollars just like a time share.
Every classified advertisement in a newspaper
is paid for up front by the seller. The fee
is usually 75 or 100 dollars for one month in
the classifieds. As consumers we pay this fee
because we feel it's reasonable as opposed to
selling these items on our own with flyers,
and signs. It's a fair deal to sell your automobile
for 75 dollars in the classifieds.
Now what if that same classified advertisement
cost 400 to 500 dollars. Would it be worth it
then? Is that still a fair price to pay upfront?
Some companies charge $699 and more to sell
one time share. They promise to advertise it
until it sells, and they do, but they still
have your $699 whether it sells or not!
We feel that our Resale
Advertising Network Fee of $100 US for 1
year - to sell or rent your time share is a
fair deal. That fee provides you with 100% access
to your advertisers control panel and a network
of websites all working to sell your resale.
We provide websites that are not only search
engine friendly, but receive thousands of time
share visitors daily as well. We also provide
1 full year in which to sell, not just a few
short months.
Look around and see for yourself what type
of deals are out there. Always protect yourself
by asking one simple question before you pay...Is
it worth it?
